FOUNDER, CEO & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr Gráinne Oates is the CEO and Founder of Quitch. She is also a leading educator in the accounting field, and currently holds the position of Associate Professor in Accounting at Swinburne Business School. Dr Oates has taught at a tertiary level both in Australia and internationally. She is a passionate educator and is motivated to improve the student learning experience through the use of innovative technology. She has won several awards recognising her extraordinary talent for teaching.
Oji Udezue (ex-Product Executive at Twitter, Atlassian, Microsoft), is an innovation-focused and multi-disciplined business leader and general manager with a proven track record for building products and bringing them to market while managing and mentoring high-performance teams. He is a United States-based startup mentor, entrepreneur and investor. Oji spent a decade with the team that built Windows, before joining the world’s largest hedge fund Bridgewater.
ADVISORY PANEL CHAIR
Gary has held the position of Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of one of Australia’s largest & most successful investment platforms (Bankers Trust). He has been a Non-Executive Director of one of Australia’s largest wealth management groups (NAB Wealth), as well as Cambridge Industrial Property Trust (Singapore listed REIT) and has been Chair of RetireAustralia as well as GPT’s wholesale investment management platform.
Reed Leighton is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Leighton O’Brien, responsible for leading the organisation’s global operations and strategic direction. Reed began his career at Shell where he managed Shell’s Australian retail and distribution network for safety, environmental and security compliance. Reed is a well-known industry leader in software and engineering services for the global oil industry. Reed’s responsibility at Quitch is establishing the strategic business development function to drive top-line revenue, for the domestic market and establishing the global distribution model.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Sandra Campos Carpenter
Sandra has built a strong customer-focused career over the past 12 years, having worked in varied sectors across different cultures, including tertiary sectors and agency environment. Her experience spans customer-focused and international marketing roles across B2B and B2C markets. Her interests are businesses internationalise through internationalisation strategies, cross-cultural negotiations and international marketing.
UI & GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Jessica Pitcher is the User Interface & Graphic Designer for Quitch. Jessica has been involved with numerous organisations including Heide Museum of Modern Art, BLINDSIDE and Chapter House Lane. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Communication (Honours) from Monash University.
Craig Baird is a software engineer and lead developer at Quitch. He has 10+ years experience in software development in Lagos and HK, having worked on titles such as; Need For Speed: No Limits, Real Racing 3 and The Sims Freeplay. He enjoys creative development & mentoring junior team members.
Victoria Thavamani is a Software Developer at Quitch. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from GITAM University, India. She has over 4 years of experience as a software developer. Victoria has been involved in various software development projects in the past and brings with her valuable experience & knowledge. She is passionate about how the web leads the world today and likes to constantly experiment with emerging technologies and new techniques. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and loves trying new food.
QA TEST ANALYST
Callum is a QA Test Analyst at Quitch. With a diverse work background, he takes pride in his attention to detail and focuses on working with teams towards a goal. Working around the world in various sectors including a trade, and hospitality, his focus on customer satisfaction is paramount as well as bridging the divide between stakeholders and the tech-savvy. He has a bachelor of computer science from Swinburne University, majoring in Internet of Things.
Kevin Bronowicki is a software developer at Quitch. He has completed a bachelor of computer science degree from Swinburne University, majoring in Cybersecurity. Working alongside Cybersecurity researchers on various projects surrounding the analysis of advanced cyberthreats, he brings both security and software development knowledge and experience to the team. He enjoys keeping up to date with the latest cyberthreats and all things tech.
Michael Boag is a software developer at Quitch. He has completed multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Games and Interactivity and a Bachelor of Computer Science. Michael’s technical knowledge and experience paired with his passion for game development, computer science and creativity have made him a perfect fit for the team. Michael enjoys trail biking in his time off.
